Negatives: The beds are some of the most uncomfortable I’ve had in a hotel. This was very disappointing since the price was so much higher than the Plaza hotel, which is even closer to the Conf Center. l going back to using the Plaza, it isn’t as nice and new, but it is comfortable.

Negatives: The staff themselves were the rudest people Ive ever known in hospitality! They treated us like junkies and made us leave our room while I was having heart problems cause they were booked then towed our car. They left me with PTSD

Negatives: Noise from other rooms and corridor.

Negatives: Parking was limited and somewhat congested but overall very pleasant.

Negatives: Breakfast service was terrible. Wasnt the fault of the staff - not enough staff on. People walked away from the queue at the entrance door & from their tables because food wait was too long. Only bad comment I have but saw it most days.

Negatives: Breakfast was not included in room price

Negatives: The entire area (and specifically Temple Square) was undergoing a multi-year renovation project and most of the attractions in the immediate area were closed. Valet parking at $35/day was too expensive especially when we had to wait 20 mins for our car.

Negatives: For the price, I would expect free breakfast. Also, the valet was extremely slow retrieving our cars. We ended up asking for our keys to be returned to us, then searching the parking lot for our cars.

Negatives: The shower was an issue. It felt like the pressure was off. Also, there weren't a lot of TV channels to choose from. I come from a large family and noise helps me sleep but if there's nothing on TV, it actually makes it harder. I wish that the in room dining was open a little later especially on Jazz game nights. It would make easier for the fans at the game to come back to the room and order something from the menu to have. Also, you have a soda machine which is fine but I just wish that there were more selections on the drinks. Some people prefer non caffeinated soda like A&W. Also, having a little convenience-like store with drinks and snacks that the guests can purchase would actually help out a lot, too. I know that complimentary tea/coffee are in the rooms but I think that you should offer complimentary hot cocoa especially since you could have a lot of families staying there and/or people who don't drink tea or coffee.

Negatives: Having finished the basketball game thought the place should have kept the restaurant open later for meals . Staff at front desk were not as helpful as they could have been with suggestions.
