The location of this hotel is quiet, by the river wetlands and park. The hotel itself is relatively new, and located close to businesses, and in a growing area. There are several breakfast places in short driving distance, but fewer restaurants.
Negatives:
The breakfast buffet at the hotel was not restocked, so they ran out of food early on a Sunday. The selection at the buffet was mediocre.

Negatives:
I heard slamming doors past midnight all down the hall all 3 nights that I stayed. (That has more to do with the people, but it would have been great to have doors that don't slam.) Two days one of the elevators didn't work, so there were longs waits. Found a candy wrapper on the floor next to the bed that wasn't mine. Even though dogs are only allowed on the first and second floors, there were dogs staying on the 4th floor.

Being in a room that has pets in. Having pet allergies made for a miserable night in a room that has pets in before us. Would have appreciated the option to choose a pet free room at booking. Being on a floor with barking dogs throughout the night was also an issue.
