If you are going to charge a deposit for the room, especially if it is going to be $100 (which is absolutely ridiculous) you should have that in bold print right next to the cost of the room when you book it and don't say "there is a $100 deposit for the room, which you will get back if you leave the room in good shape" after you have already charged me for the room
