Best Western Mountain View Inn

Negatives: No elevator!!! And no rooms were available on the ground floor. We had to drag all our luggage up steps. The lack of an elevator is not highlighted in the Booking.com. Heating system us noisy and highway noise is also loud.

Negatives: We stayed in a two queen plus sofa bed. The mattresses were bad, you sunk into middle, no support. Every time someone rolled over in the night or got up the beds made loud squeaking sounds and woke us up. The fridge was loud. The AC/Heating unit was loud. The traffic from highway and surrounded gas stations was loud. Truckers coming in and out. The shower door squeaked and was very loud. The sofa bed was not made when we arrived so we had to call for sheets. The staff ran some right up to us, but the bed was very worn. We had to use stairs for the second floor. The shower had some scum in the grout, but things had been cleaned. Just didn’t seem well sanitized. We didn’t even want to eat breakfast there because of how bad we slept and the uncleanliness issue.

Negatives: Very little choices

Negatives: lots of noise, dogs barking next door, the AC/Heater was very loud every time it shut down, the ice machine across the hall was very loud every time it came on, spoke with the management about it when i checked out and he basically did nothing

Negatives: Pool was outdoor and closed for the season which was super sad for my three kids. We didn’t know it was an outdoor pool, but something to check on next time. They were also clearly in the middle of a renovation as some things were done, like the shower, and other things weren’t like the bathroom flooring. The whole room was hardwood floor which was not super comfy. The heat wasn’t on when we checked in and the temp outside was about 32°F (0°C) and the room was freezing. The heat also seemed to stay on constantly despite changing the heater multiple times so then we cooked overnight and that was uncomfortable in itself.

Negatives: Got ripped off booked with booking dot com paid then said it never went through booked to rooms got charged for 4 none of the staff seemed to care

Negatives: Leaving in the morning.

Negatives: The room was freezing upon entry. Couches had nasty stain marks. The shower did not turn off. There was mold on the ceiling on both sides of the hot tub. The hot tub needs to be serviced because the jets do not work. We were extremely disappointed and cold until about 1:00 in the morning. The only thing that was good was the bed was comfortable and we were able to bring our dog.

Negatives: No complaints.
