The building felt brand new, no signs of aging that you get in older places.
Nice sized room with couch that folds out to a queen bed - which we didn't need, but the couch was a nice touch.
Bathroom was oversized, with toilet and walk in tiled shower not the usual bathtub shower/curtain.
Breakfast was great - lots of choices.
Negatives:
The single sink area outside the toilet/shower was crowded. Not enough room to hang toiletry bags.

Loved the enormous size of the room. Super spacious. Breakfast was great. My kids loved the hotel and didn't want to leave. The pool and spa were awesome!

It was all great. Would have blown the experience outta the park if the pool and spa were indoors.
