Positives:
Bed very comfortable, staff provided me extra hangers at my request for our long stay, breakfast provided daily, wi fi allowed me to work remote, housekeeping staff was great. Room had adequate outlets and drawers.
Negatives:
The gym is s little neglected. They put clean towels in there regularly but neglected to change out trash and sweep and mop in there unlike most of the hotel . My only complaint about the room is we had a suite which has a little L shaped couch that acts as an additional bed if needed. It hurt our back if we sat on it for long and there was a mismatched cushion on the chaise end. A previous guest must have damaged it and they replaced it with a mismatched section.

Staff was very accommodating. Really nice people.
Negatives:
The pet friendly room carpet was icky. My dog was obsessed with smelling the odors and in one area she was licking the carpet. She also brought out a large dog hair clump from behind or under the chair.
The head of the bed was lower than the foot of the bed.
Very noisy room, I think it was the next room heater? Then around 5:00am, the exit door was being used a lot and was loud.

I walked into our bathroom and it REEKED of cigarette smoke coming from the vent. I walked out into the hall and smelled the doors next to ours. The room across the hall from us, reeked of cigarette smoke just spilling out. I called the front desk two different times and not a single time did anybody come up and tell them to put the cigarette out. Nobody came up and told them that you cannot smoke. Nobody came up to deliver any repercussions. So instead the room across from ours got to down a pack of smokes to the point of the hallway smelling like cigarettes and we had to use a bathroom that reeked of cigarettes the rest of our stay. Nice!
