Positives:
Breakfast was fantastic! Many eateries and a grocery store within easy walking distance. Comfy beds... Pool and hot tub was wonderful...very clean and plenty of nice pool towels. Perfect location to get anywhere you want to go.
We very much enjoyed our stay there and would readily return in the future.
Negatives:
Perhaps coffee or tea available in lobby after breakfast hours, but there is a little pot in the room

Housekeeping was unprofessional. Right away I had one argue over a comforter with me, it had a smell and stain. She also rolled her eyes at my husband lol. Then one walked in the room even though do not disturb was on the door. My husband was on nights, so a day sleeper. We did not leave a tip for our stay, it was not deserving. I should also add the pics of how the room was not cleaned very well before we checked in.

Positives:
Good hotel. Staff was nice, the room was perfectly clean. Shower was good (pressure ok and very warm). Fridge and microwave worked, no issues with the internet. Bed was comfortable. Heater worked very well.
Breakfast was good even though they didn't have fruits - they had hot food (eggs, burger patties, gravy), waffle-maker, cereals, bagels, bread, muffins etc. Tea is the yellow lipton so bring yours if you want something better.
SLC is a small city so it was very easy to drive 10-15 min to arrive downtown to visit, and so much cheaper than staying downtown.
Negatives:
As you can see on the map, the hotel is next to the highway so no surprise: you will have noise.

Location for restaurants was good and hotel was near our venue for our volleyball tournament.
Negatives:
We were given room 301 which was the upper corner room right above the highway. The noise from the highway was very loud. Window did not block any noise. The room was well used and beat up. Room was missing the lounger chair and foot rest shown in the pictures of the rooms.

Positives:
I chose this hotel because it was literally just down the hill from the U of U hospital, which was very convenient.
I was very happy with the service I received, as well as my overall stay at this hotel. I was surprised with the choice of breakfast items that were available, including waffles, hot & cold cereal, as well as coffee & 3 kinds of juice!
I would definitely stay here again!
