Positives: The room was exceptionally clean. The hotel staff was welcoming and kind. We had a dog with us and the staff accommodated our request to change from the top floor to bottom floor due to having a dog with us.
Negatives: The bed was a bit too firm for me but that is a personal choice. Some like the bed firm and some like it soft.

Positives: The woman at the front desk was very pleasant when she told me that the king term guests, staying courtesy of the state of vermont would be partying on the night I stayed.
Negatives: A hellish nightmare with swarms of indigent people huddling, hooting and hollering partying outside for most of the night in the midst of dumpster trailers in the parking lot. They were so loud and disturbing that I forgot how uncomfortable the bed was.

Negatives: Room was minimally furnished -- only one chair; climate control was confusing and unit very noisy, plus noise came through from outside and from rooms above/ adjacent. Difficult to sleep. Not a good experience

Positives: Bed was very comfortable. Online it said I would have 2 double beds- when we got there it was a king- that was great
Negatives: No trash can in room, AC hung on wall, very difficult to get to, towels not absorbant at all, TV channels limited to 3 channels, toilet paper holder behind door in BR.
