Location was convenient for having a base in Southern Vermont that had good cell/wireless coverage.
Negatives:
Hotel needs serious upgrading as it looked extremely tired and the hallways were very dark. The biggest issue we had was that our heater stopped working during our last day. When we told the hotel about it they told us they couldn't fix it but could move us to the room next door which we did as we were there in Winter (snowing outside etc) and it was freezing. On moving to the room next door the heater stopped working during the night which was unacceptable. We did not contact reception as it literally happened in the middle of the night. I would not stay here again unless the hotel made some serious upgrades and maintentance.

Location and mattresses. Also, we had conjoined rooms.
Negatives:
The hotel is in dire need of updating. The doors were on their last legs, moulding was falling off in the bathroom. There were exposed wires everywhere. Hallway rug was very worn. Showers are in need of renovation. Toilets did not flush properly. There were people loitering around the hotel and in lobby that made us feel uncomfortable. Location was great, but I would never stay here again.
