The ease to reach my room after sessions; the food served for our breakout breakfast and lunch, and the final banquet; the ease (and cost - $4) to reach it via metro services from DCA.
Negatives:
Concierge not always on duty when I needed answers to questions; no one seemed to know the price for a cab to DCA, which seems odd; no complimentary shuttle to DCA; no indoor pool; workout room was small.

Staff was excellent friendly service with a smile shampoo and conditioner was great bathroom and room clean staff also respected our privacy.BED COMFORTABLE pillows comfy linen was clean towels wash rags clean floors clean I do not like carpet we had it in the room but it was clean I kept shoes and bed room shoes on at all times.

The ice machine was broke on the 7th floor had to bother staff to bring ice up to me my husband had surgery we needed ice packs refilled every 4 hours the staff was extremely nice caring and understood why I couldnt Leave him I hated to create extra work for them, refrigerator in the cabinet had to be turned on highest setting to cool and the freezer compartment didnt work. My hotel key to get in and out of the hotel garage didnt work it kept denying access had to bother staff to open gate, NO HAIR DRYER we paid almost 1100 for a room I felt it should have had a cheap hair dryer. The heating and air could be better 65 finally got us comfortable where we wasnt sweating outside windows could have been cleaned updates need to be done to at least room 718 only room I stayed in staff was EXCELLENT LOVED THEM

Parking was $33 per night, rather than the advertised $28. Housekeeping took our used towels, but did not leave clean ones, nor did they replenish the coffee. Room service and free breakfast were advertised, but neither is available.
