The staff were all wonderful. From the front desk upon arrival, the bartender in the lounge and the servers both in the Sky Dome dining room and in the breakfast cafe (who was extraordinary) and the housekeepers.

The suite room was Far Below what I expect from a DoubleTree. The furniture was old and missing half the cabinet doors. One of the chairs was actually outside furniture without the cushions. No mirrors in the bedroom. Extremely thin pillows. Etc etc.

When you walked in to the hotel-upstairs it was EXTREMELY HOT. i was sweatin. My kids were complaining

The staff was awful and unhelpful. Very short with us and wanted us out of their way. They also charge additional money for everything. $44 for parking, $30 for a microwave that was listed as coming with the room. Very rude customer service
