The location was convenient.
Negatives:
The custome service was subpar. There were never any luggage carts available upon arrival and departure. No one was hardly ever at the front desk. The topper in the bathtub did not work. Which made it difficult to take a shower because the tub was filling with water. There was no WIFI password shared upon arrival. We could never reach anyone when we called the front desk to ask them for the WIFI password or was it offered by the hotel. The breakfast was horrible. Nothing tasted good unless it was prepackaged such as the yogurt. No one cleaned our room. I would never stay at this hotel again and it is definitely not recommended.

It was nice but very short staffed!

The air conditioning stopped working on our 3rd day we were leaving for a wedding and they made us change rooms 15 minutes before we are leaving for the wedding, would let us wait until we got back from the wedding to switch rooms! Obviously they werent going to book the room the air wasnt working, completely uncalled for! Also realized on the way to the wedding that a laptop was left in the room called and told them, got back after the wedding and they wouldnt let us into the room to get the laptop, my son told them he was calling the police to file a police report, finally they let him in to get it! The room had never been cleaned after we left but we had to get out as soon as possible instead of waiting until we got back!
