I liked the staff on the night shift. The person was kind talked with my child and was absolutely amazing. Morning shift on the other hand not so pleasant

No breakfast options coffee didn't even taste good. There is little flexibility with late check out options. And the room had a few questionable people that came in one tried to open my door with my child in our room.
