Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Terrible reception service. There were not enough towels and scarves for the guests (there were 5 of us and there were only 3 sets) and when we asked for more, the answer was: The housekeeping team left at 4pm and there is no way to provide it, next time please arrive before 4pm. What? Carbon dioxide alarm going off in the room due to lack of battery, when we requested a new one the employee frowned and gave us a used battery and then we discovered that we were charged 100 dollars for damages (requested a refund and still no response). What? TERRIBLE, RIDICULOUS breakfast - coffee and mini muffins (there weren't enough for the guests) What? I WON'T COME BACK!!!!!!!!

They advertised there would be kitchenware, hair dryer but when we arrived we were told we should have reserved the items. This was due to COVID restrictions. Also we had no hot water in the shower and the maintenance person would not be in until the next day. The circuit breaker kept kicking off when using the microwave. Also the entry door was not working properly from a previous storm so a rock was used to prop open the door.

During check in i was told fridge in the room is broken but hey i am staying only one night, right ? This was receptionist behave. Then i am offered 3rd floor room, no problem normally but here is the catch, elevator was not working.

The room was infested with roaches I was in room 128 there was roaches coming from the hallway from the adjoining door all over the floor they were on the table. Me and my partner could not take it so we had to leave did not stay the entire stay.

Of the room was full of roaches infested with roaches they said they would give me a full refund but have it yet to see it and they held an extra $100 so I end up paying --- they said they would give me a full refund yet to see it! How can I get my money

The staff are very accommodating. Very friendly! Whenever I needed anything, I promptly received the help I needed. I will definitely stay there again! The management staff was super!
