Black mold in shower, sink hot water handle not adjusted properly, spout of faucet loose, adjustable chair for desk area not adjustable. Had to use 3 pillows on the seat to use my laptop. Bed not made up after first night - Hilton policy.

Room was very roomy,clean & had a well equipped kitchen,staff was very professional. Location was great, right next door to a Chick- fil-a & Taco Bell. Easy to get in & out of property & plenty of parking.I would recommend this hotel for any type of trip.

Breakfast was a little disappointing.It was well stocked but the food offered was lacking,compared to other hotels.I am allergic to feather-down pillows,I did call & request alternative pillows,but hotel was unable to accommodate. We had purchased pillows

It was comfortable enough and clean.

Our issue is that we chose the hotel because they accept dogs. There was no mention of the exorbitant $75 additional fee on their website, because if we had known that, we had other options that we would have taken. When we mentioned that to the front desk clerk, she seemed to know that it was not on the website, but she said there was nothing she could do about it. She did call the manager, and the manager refused to waive or reduce the fee. We will never use this hotel again.

The location was perfect for the occasion. The breakfast was good. I liked the egg options and beverages. Thee cook was always ready to put out fresh food.
Negatives:
The front desk concierge was a bit clueless and cold, to be honest. We asked for a corkscrew to open wine and she was unwilling to assist. She may have had an accent but she understood English. They said they would contact us and never did. Her customer service skills need to be on point. IF she is having a bad day, stay home!

Positives:
Great room! Friendly and helpful staff, even late at night. When they did not have a shuttle running, they provided complimentary transportation through Uber. The breakfast bar had several options. They prioritize less waste/recycling.
Negatives:
Poor first experience w/ customer service on phone, but once I got in touch with staff actually working at the location itself, they were very helpful. Disruptive A/C, but the staff immediately made a note to fix it. Shuttle hours not listed online
