The Mill Room for dinner and breakfast was excellent, environment, service and food!

The room was quite plain, nothing special except the coffee machine. The heating system was noisy and the lack of art work or prints, paintings of the walls was disappointing for such a well know establishment resort! There was no body lotion!

Great Facilities. Friendly Staff.
Negatives:
Had to wait 2 hours past scheduled check in time. Received no compensation or discount for the inconvenience. Was told would receive a call when the room was ready. Had to occupy ourselves for two hours then finally just went to front desk and waited. They could have offered a meal voucher or something. Check In was at 4pm. Wasn’t able to get in our room until about 6:30.
