Negatives: It has a bad odor on the inside the lobby a bad odor in the hallway. The doors was coming off the hinges. They had plastic all over the walls in the hallway. It’s almost like I was walking through a morgue. It should be closed

Negatives: I DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT THAT THE HOTEL WAS UNDER RENOVATION, SHOULD'VE BEEN INFORMED THAT IT WAS BEFORE I CHECKED IN. THERE WAS ROACHES IN MY ROOM,IT WAS SOME WHAT CLEAN.. MY FOOD SPOILED WASN'T COMPENSATED FOR IT,I WAS HOLDING ON TO IT SO MANAGEMENT CAN SEE IT. I HAD TO THROW IT ALL OUT ,IT HAD MY ROOM STINKING IT TOOK TO LONG TO SEE A MANAGEMENT. REPRESENTATIVE. I HAD TO SEND MY SON OUT OF THE HOTEL, HE IS SENSITIVE TO CIGARETTES SMELL, AND DIRTYNESS SO AM I AND THERE WAS SMOKING.,THE RECEPTION IN THE ROOM WAS HORRIBLE. FRONT DESK GAVE ME A NUMBER TO GET IT CHECKED OUT. THE AIR FROM THE HEAT FROM THE AIR CONDITIONER MADE MY SON AND I SICK.ALTHOUGH I HAD DISINFECTANT I KEPT FEELING SICK.SO WE WERE SICK THE MAJORITY OF OF OUR TRIP .I SPENT THE REMAINING OF MY TRIP BY MYSELF. NO ROOM SERVICE AS STATED,NO LAUNDRY SERVICE,HAD TO WASH CLOTHES AT A FRIEND'S HOUSE. ONE OF THE EYE OF THE HOT PLATE WASN'T WORKING. THE TOILET WAS LEANING . ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER DIDN'T SEE ONE UNTIL THE NIGHT BEFORE I WAS LEAVING. I SHOULD NOT HAD SETTLE FOR WHAT THEY OFFER ME, I DON'T LIKE PPL TO LOSE THEIR JOB, I PAID TOO MUCH MONEY NOT TO GET WHAT I PAID FOR. I WAS FED UP.

Negatives: Toilet would not flush the morning of us checking out, there was a smell in the room/hotel that wasn't so b pleasant...hallway was noisy with people coming in and out of there rooms slamming doors. assuming there was a family occupying that room.

Negatives: It had bugs. The elevator did not work and I had an elderly person with me. No ice bucket in the room. The duvet cover was on the bed with no duvet in it and it was freezing. The coffee was cold and the staff was rude. The furniture in the rooms was nothing like it advertised. This was my worst booking.com stay thus far.

Negatives: The room was not clean. I wiped down the leather chair in the room, it was nasty. The rolling chair at the table was nasty. The sheets looked stain and not really clean. I would not recommend at all.
