Location was great and the room was nice.

The bathroom had a bleachy and sour smell that was overpowering. Had to shut the bathroom door to keep the rest of the room from smelling like that

The location is very convenient. A lot of shops are within walking distance, and only 20 minutes from the beach.

Unfortunately, there was an athletic team of adolescents that was quite loud one evening (not the hotel's fault), but 1st floor rooms near entry ways tend to attract more noise. There was also a rumbling over my head throughout the day. Room 139.

Perfectly adequate stay
Positives:
This place was incredible. Perfect location next to shops, food, my favorite running gear store. The staff were consummate professionals and treated me like I was their most important customer. They explained everything thoroughly, and I felt like they really cared. Breakfast was great, my room was extremely clean, spacious and I felt at ease. I certainly felt like I got a great deal on my room.

Blood and dirt stains on mattress and box spring in both rooms. One microwave for the whole hotel to use. There was a line to use the single microwave in the lobby. The sofa had crayon scribble all over it. I paid 800 plus dollars for this stay. I will never stay at this Hyatt again. Please done waste your money. Nasty and smelly facility.
