Nice hotel but seems like it's struggling with expenses. The bed cover was worn with holes in edges( was changed by house keeping). The rug at elevator had small holes worn in it. Maybe change in manager or funding it would be a great hotel.

Overall stay was really good.

The room was good and so was breakfast.
Negatives:
I have stayed here twice because the price is good, but both times the front desk had bad service. The first time a staff member came in with hair dye in her hair and needed a room to shampoo before she could work. This time, we had to wait to check in because the manager was busy and the lady at the desk apparently couldn’t check people in, even though she was on a computer. That said, the staff are nice people, just not very professional.

We had to try 3 rooms before we got settled. First room was still occupied. Second room given was not made up. We had to carry our luggage with us which was annoying before our third room was ok. Not happy about letting us in an occupied room.

The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
They advertise daily housekeeping but I never saw a housekeeper the entire stay and we were there a week! We had tp go down to the front desk to request more towels and toilet paper etc and take down our own trash. We saw people leaving trash in the hallways for housekeeping that did not get picked up :/ Also the bathroom was quite dirty when we got there.
