How the management is so in responsible lies that off the manager then you come and find out that person is not a manager just a front desk worker the AC was not working and one of the units it was extremely hot she did not have no sympathy or any interest in helping me and my family instead she send me to a smoking room when my daughter has asthma problems she even has the face to tell me I have to pay for another room if I want to switch it was said that I have to argue and say I pay for two nights ideal with the AC for one day and she keeps telling me she cannot do nothing about it I needed to argue my right in order to get another room it wasn't necessary I will never recommend this place
