Positives:
I love the newly renovated rooms. They're nice and neat and clean. That location right off the highway nearby stores. Relaxing and secluded I like.
Negatives:
Only one thing, is one front office guy isn't so nice kind of rude actually. But the rest of the staff and the newly renovated property outweighs that.

I was running late for my reservation as I was traveling state to state on a holiday weekend and encountered traffic etc. Guests must check in before 9pm or CALL so your room can be held. Ha. I called and called and called and no one answered the phone.

ROACH INFESTED!! If I could give zero stars I would!! We booked a room online for the night after driving up from Florida (going to mass), the hotel itself was sketchy, people hanging around in the lobby in what looks like a low scale casino, (2 or 3 machines). The front desk attendant gave us our room key and when I walked in with my two young children we immediately saw roaches, mildew, dirty sheets, dirty toilet, I refused to stay and demanded a refund which thankfully I received.
