Bed bugs in our beds did not even stay there the entire first night we had to leave and get a rebate on our rooms I had to go down the street to the holiday inn express.

The room was not cleaned disgusting ,it was dirty the air conditioner was filled with mold I have asthma and it wasn't healthy for me nor my husband , we just stayed 1 night and had to go to another hotel property in the area to stay til Sunday, the person at the front desk laughed and was very disrespectful and didn't care about the people staying there at the property and a junk vehicle filled with trash was in the parking lot , this property smelled of smoke and other things and should be closed permanently.

Not very clean, several roaches crawling on the TV and microwave stand. Hallways smell like incense used to cover musty and moldy smell. Bums hanging out in the parking lot throwing trash and cigarette butts everywhere. Only one access so if you have room on back of building its a long way to carry luggage from parking lot

We checked into our room, and it had roaches crawling on the floor, wall, and tub. Also had no hot water. I informed the front desk. They will call pest exterminator.
