I asked for the 1st floor.. and because I had a pet they put us on the 5th floor... They should have told us we couldn't get that floor at booking. Very dark in room .. 2 light switches did not work.
We reserved accessibility room... There was only a tub.. we needed a walk in shower... Could not use
