I traveled with my Dad who has health issues. We checked in close to midnight and the staff was very friendly. I asked for a wheelchair for my Dad, even though I had not pre arranged this they were able to accommodate. Good breakfast in the morning as well.

It was convenient for us traveling through 95 just to spend the night.

We got the room and was crap in the toilet, I flushed but it was clogged nobody had cleaned it. They moved us to another bedroom and then was hair on the toilet lid, disgusting! The bed was a mess, the sheet that should be under the bedspread was over we had to redo it. Bad experience

Positives:
Breakfast was ok, not great. Location was great, easy on-off I95.
Negatives:
Water in shower was not hot, only got to luke warm. Heating unit in room did not provide any heat.

Breakfast was a joke. No butter, no juice, other items were as cheap and disgusting as they could have chosen.

Breakfast, employees were creepily hovering. They watched us through the lobby, one ( a man) even followed me to the women's bathroom.

Negatives:
The lobby elevator was covered with smeary hand prints and did not want to touch the elevator door button. My first room smelt odd and not in a good way. There was liquid on the floor which was not associated with a leak and the bed had been slept in. I then had to go to the check in person who moved me to another room which smelt like a barn, musty the bathroom floor was not clean and the shower which had shower door made of glass had some areas of a thick crust. The shower also had pink orange mold in it. The water never got hot in the shower and I had to wear sandals into the shower and the bathroom. I was exhausted from almost 16 hours of driving and did not want to change rooms again. When I spoke to the front desk clerk he related that they had fired someone that day so maybe that is why my rooms looked like they did.
When I spoke to Choice hotels they said each Hotel was owned privately and they could do nothing. So all in all. Not a good experience.
