Area was perfect, scenery to die for via the lobby. Almost felt like a movie scene. This chain of hotels is one of a kind for making you feel like you've made it lol

I didn't like that the staff questioned my booking. I booked for my wife & child on my account and showed confirmation of me doing so. Yet I still had to grab my wife's identification as well. I get it, however as the owner of the account it should supersede. I also had to pay at the counter... I'm glad I was there, cause if I wasn't I wouldn't expect my wife to pay, when I confirmed the rates and thought I had purchased the booking. Also My wife asked the representative about the breakfast, and the rep did not state that the breakfast would be charged. Which is why I was puzzled when I was charged, and a new representative at the breakfast also didn't mention breakfast was to be paid as well.
Ask questions, and hope to receive full answers so confusion doesn't exist. Had I grabbed a bagel & 1 orange juice $60 flat rate would be diabolical lol

Unfortunately, the Marriott brand is 'rusting' at this location. In short, the building is old and needs to be renovated. The HVAC system failed, so we lost heat in the room. When the engineer fixed it, we had to turn it off to cool the room. No adjusting

Outdated, 10$/day charge for WiFi, no breakfast and house keeping for 3days because its Christmas. Phone in room didnt work so I had to go down to ask for house keeping, hotel employee was half paying attention, playing with his phone and no apologies at all.
