The front desk staff were some of the best trained and wonderful group of hotel service people I have ever interacted with in all my travles across the world. This hotel experience with the front desk staff and the General Manager was beyond excellence!

I really appreciated the entire staff, they were very helpful and friendly. In particular I appreciated the guy who checked me in. He was above and beyond helpful, friendly, professional and went out of his way to help me with several things such as running outside to save me a parking spot, finding me a room with a great view (sunset) - I also saw him running to help a group of people with lots of bags coming in the door.
