Poor breakfast, only waffle, toast, cereal and a small amount of other things. They used to have a full breakfast. Disappointed that it has been reduced to a small continental breakfast.

The back and side area could and should have been cleaned and the smell we killed six flies and about ten nats that was in our room the first day/night for the amount of money we spent on the room should've been much better the shower head was dirty

I arrived with my Service Dog and was asked to include "certification" for it. Per the ADA - this is not only illegal, but there is no certification for it. Employees should be educated on the laws surrounding service dogs.

First room had bad smell and had to switch. Second wwas newly remodeled Cleaning staff woke me up at 8 I don't want to be up early on vacation. TV hard to use Swimming pool green.

It was a non-smoking room, but you could very easily tell that a lot of people had smoked there. It stank.
