The bed is very comfortable.

The faucet in the room I was staying in was broken and no water was coming out. I didn't realize this until I tried to use the faucet at 1am. It was too late and I was able to make do with the faucet above the bathtub, so I didn't bother the front desk. Also, I think the staff would have used the faucet when they cleaned the room, and I don't know why they didn't notice it, so that made me think the room wasn't clean.

Elevator worked but seemed on its last legs. Bed was sunk in . Not very comfortable. Pillows were not very good for support. Floor creaked so bad , I thought I was going to step through it. The tub and shower was like a plug in replacement. It wasn't sturdy.
