Ive stayed here many times. Nice location. Close to so many shops and restaurants. Like hundreds!

Its not as clean as it used to be. The ironing board was broken and was left that way for us to arrive in the room. Just in the middle of the room broken. It smelled a little mildewy. Just not as clean as Id like.

This hotel is in dire need of a remodel. The common area by the front desk sported furniture that was threadbare, the rooms had AC units that didnt work, massive holes in the window screen, a pull out couch with a mattress so thin, it was unusable.

Not up to Hilton standards. Just dumpy. For the price a major ripoff and disappointment.

The location is excellent - quick to get on 64 or 295. Very close to the Short Pump shopping area. The Staff are quick to go way above and beyond . Breakfast was amazing :)

Need more staff at breakfast at this time of the year. Had to ask for several everyday items that should have been top of the list to check on. The staff all pulled together very well to manage the breakfast Rush !!! Amazing Team Work

Everything was great. I had come from a very stressful move and my cat and I were able to fully relax at your hotel; then my children joined me and we had a beautiful evening and morning after a very stressful move.

Leaving. I could have stayed for a month.
