Solid place to sleep. I was in town with a friend for a convention, and between their price, location, and large rooms, the place was perfect. Fairly good rooms, clean beds, and nice water temp and pressure were greatly welcome after a long day out at the show. The distance to the show was, at worst, between 10 to 15 minutes as well, which made going to and from the show exceedingly easy and low stress too. Add to that the average night price was around $75-$85 while others were going for $90+ in the nearby area and $230+ around the convention center itself, well, I think the savings speak for themselves.
Negatives:
Morning one of our 5 day stay, we had received a call at 8:30 in the morning from the hotel staff explaining that we needed to check out immediately as the hotel was being shut down that day and our remaining days would be refunded. From what I'd gathered while checking out, no-one on site was told about this happening either till that very morning. I do not blame the direct staff at the hotel at all and hope they all find better paying jobs soon. However, in the future, I will definitely reconsider booking rooms at any Knights Inn due to such poor communication with both staff and customers.
