Very outdated and really dirty. Sheets were NOT changed. Slept over the sheet with bath towel over the pillow as this was the only clean piece of fabric in this room. Really bad experience after 18 hours in heavy and stopped traffic.... Not too much rest.

The location was close to where I needed to be. It was close to restaurants and stores.

I didn’t like the fact that the linen had spots on them from a previous stay so I brought my own this stay.

The cockroach in the bathroom above my shower. And the fact my sink was clogged up the whole time. The housekeeper pour draino into it and left me the plunger to try and unclog it. Also had water dump on our head from room upstairs that was only watering a plant.

I didn't have breakfast when I went to the lobby but there was coffee. The staff were great very helpful and kind.

The room was very cold the airconditioner/heater was not able to be adjusted. The room we stayed in had areas of the wall and ceiling missing. The room was very uncomfortable for me that I had to get another room for myself to sleep in to keep warm and pay an extra fee.

So the property was close to the location that we needed to be at as we were participating in a Black Friday pop up weekend at the Valley Mall. The hotel was close to many restaurants and shopping in the area. Upon arrival to our room it smelled clean and there were no bed bugs or any other insects present. During our stay our neighbors were smoking and of course our room did smell of that as well as outside around the door.
Negatives:
When asking for room service to all an on our second day we came back to towels that were stained and dirty. Even when we went to the front desk to ask for clean towels they only gave us a hand towel and regular bed towel which was also stained with yellow and black marks on them. They did not smell clean or freshly washed. Our toilet did get stopped up on the first night which they did fix that issue the next day. The TV in the room was old and out dated.
