The property was nice and clean, the bar was convenient. I grabbed a quick bite and glass a wine before bed. I love the Netflix option on the TV. The door bathroom was nice and the beds were comfortable. There was ample space to charge all my devices.

Negatives:
We selected this hotel because it included a free breakfast and airport shuttle. We had an early flight so we missed the breakfast that started at 7AM. Coffee, a granola bar, and a banana would have been an easy thing to offer to anyone needing breakfast before that. The shuttle was running 20-30 minutes behind schedule so we ended up taking an Uber to the airport.

We went and we was very tired they let us wait more then 30 minutes because they didn’t found the call reservation I show them the email with the confirmation and still can’t found it after 30 minutes said to me show me the charge and the reservation, I did show them both will a welcome email from the hotel , after that told me okay we will give you a room but we need to charge your credit card for only $1 then i surprise they charged me $1 + $270

The hotel is nice, up to the standards of a hotel in the airport area. Comfortable beds, clean toilets and shower and friendly staff
Negatives:
The free breakfast label is misleading, there’s no free breakfast, you get One free breakfast per Room. One of the reasons to choose this hotel was because of the so called Free breakfast as we did arrive very late and there’s not a lot of restaurants in the area except for the airport, we were expecting a comfortable experience in which you wake up, go downstairs and breakfast is served, not in this hotel. Please remove the Free Breakfast from the filters, it’s not true or at least be specific in the Room
Description details, this might work for a couple or solo travelers but not at all for a family.

At my arrival in the US I spent the first night here - and as it was a very fine hotel I also stayed there on my was back to Denmark. It´s close to the airport - and there a fine shuttlebusses. I had dinner in the restaurant - also fine - and good wine.
Negatives:
No breakfast - and they got a little insulted when I mentioned that it only was the second time on my three week long tour in the US staying in a lot of hotels that I had no breakfast - the first time was also here in Herndon ! It was as if the were too fine a hotel to serve breakfast.
