nice view from the window, got the 6th floor, large tv, beds were nice,

staff did not understand my request about invoice, the invoice does not mention the total amount charged for two nights stay and is confusing as it mentions credits, advance amount and rate but no where the total amount. When you go to a grocery store and buy two items you will see a total at the end and you are not expected to add and find out the total. They think it is a math problem and tried to teach me additions. attached photos. Explained to the manager I needed it to get a reimbursement from my company. The Manager had lied to me then saying he would send me an invoice with the total but hasn't. Will never want to stay at Marriott again. Better outsource these calls to India where they treat customers well and you could pay less than the entitled staff. All the negative reviews are on the staff and the management doesn't seem to notice or do anything to fix this.

The worst as far as sound coming from the hallway. We could hear every sound from the hallway especially when the cleaning crew started and people started moving. For soundproofing, this was one of the worst rooms we ever stayed in.

I dont like the bathroom doors. Will not let me stay an extra hour beyond check out. It costs $30! Never seen that before. That sucks.

Stayed here 3 times and it will be my go-to hotel as long as the price remains affordable.
Negatives:
The cistern in the toilet did not work. I had to lift the lid and operate the flush manually for it to work. There was no way to record this anywhere earlier.
