Our stay was so nice, we got there late and the kitchen was closed and the guy running the bar mad my family big double burgers and fries just for us.. definitely made me thankful for great staff.. I highly recommend it they are super nice.. I drove from wv and glad i picked the Hyatt house. I just hate the deposits hotels ask for now.

I like that it is close to the theater where I work twice a year. During tech nights, when it can go on until 1 a.m., it's nice to walk out of the theater and into the hotel. The bar is a nice addition, but doesn't make up for the rest of the mess.
Negatives:
This hotel ALWAYS has some issue each time I stay, and after this trip, I swear I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN and honestly I deserve my $$ back. The Fire alarm goes off, no fire, just a faulty wet/dry system for over 3 hours starting at 3am. Fire dept can't fix and the GM Of the hotel doesn't have the number of the electrical engineer to even call for assistance. We're told just to go back to sleep. HOW??????!!!! then, the next morning, the key card system was off, and we couldn't get out of the hotel. was told I woudl get a refund of one night but here we are a week later and nothing.

They advertised free cocktails and appetizers from 4-6 pm yet none were offered. When I questioned it I was told there was no bartender. They eventually covered the sign in the elevator with a xeroxed copy of Shrek.
