Mattress needs to be replaced. Bedding/linens starched and uncomfortable; shower drain clogged; Keurig type coffee pot lid broken. The elevators are very slow and only one seemed to be in operation during peak check-in time/evening. I stay at 3 other Hyatts during my stay in California and this was the least favorable. The others were modernized and the bed/bedding was much nicer. Time for this location to be refreshed.

The room was comfortable. Food was awesome in the restaurant. Great location for what we were doing. The folks at the front desk were great and when I approached them for a complementary coffee first thing in the morning, they took me over to the restaurant and made sure I got a complementary coffee.
Negatives:
They need to offer complementary coffee in the morning. I have to ask for it and then they will provide it. It should be automatic. Charging for parking is stingy, don't do it. Parking should be free.
