The carpet was badly worn in the hallways... to the point where it was shredded in the doorway to my room and I stepped on a carpet tack

hotel is not anything to write home about but it's very close to my office, people are friendly and helpful and you allow dogs at this location.
Negatives:
Soda machine was out of diet pepsi both days I was there. Breakfast choices are mediocore and limited. Room Service is from a local italian place which was good but limits options.

The location is perfect when I visit my son and granddaughter. The breakfast is decent. The tv is terrible, they need to update. Wi-Fi is good. The bed is comfortable, and heat easily adjusted, although noisy.
Negatives:
Light in bathroom over the sink was not working, a minor annoyance. of course, I don't like the tv.

The receptionist on check in was so unprofessional.she charged my credit card twice. The room was dirty..the leg on the chair was broken. The curtains were so dirty. The breakfast was so awful..paper plates and cutlery..no juice. No atmosphere . I would never stay in a best western again.
