Convenient location and friendly staff

The carpet was badly worn in the hallways... to the point where it was shredded in the doorway to my room and I stepped on a carpet tack

hotel is not anything to write home about but it's very close to my office, people are friendly and helpful and you allow dogs at this location.
Negatives:
Soda machine was out of diet pepsi both days I was there. Breakfast choices are mediocore and limited. Room Service is from a local italian place which was good but limits options.

Terrible and unsafe conditions. Heavy bathroom door was hanging on by one hinge, rust in bathtub, carpets ripped and have holes, doors worn,heavy chemical smell in room. 3 of us and we all had to change rooms. New rooms not much better.

Breakfast was pathetic. Cold hash browns. Not much fresh fruit. And two days, no eggs.

Arrived and key machine was out so we had to have staff let us in our room. First room, glaring spot light in window and no black out shades. Moved to another room. No liner in shower curtain, so bathroom gets wet with shower; and bathroom mirror light was out

VERY, VERY STRANGE smell permitted my room around 5am and so heavy that I had to sleep UNDER the sheets... continued dow hall to breakfast. Staff is used to it .
Like lotion-gravy-incense-dishwater smell pushing through vents. You Have A Venting Issue !!!!!
While not crippling it lingered in my sinuses for HOURS. Won't take a gamble on returning.
