I loved the spa time. My daughter , mom and I. Had facials and a massage! Outstanding! I loved that the resort was centrally located to great shopping and restaurants.
Negatives:
The rooms did not have coffee makers! What in the world! The first two days of our stay there was a leak due to pipe issues on the third floor. YIKES!

The staff was extremely accommodating and the spa/massage was more than great!!!
Negatives:
It’s an older property that need some updating like online orders and key pads instead of actually key cards. Also the spa jacuzzi and sauna room were somewhat small. Also, the quiet room in the spa wasn’t so quiet because of several women talking a lot. Lastly, you could only do room service for one of the restaurants and not for all the restaurants that were located on the property.

My room was on the top floor with a great view. I LOVED IT! It was a quiet weekend at the hotel, with no large functions. It was wonderfully quiet and relaxing. Great place. I have used the facility on other occasions. I am pleased that it was available on this most recent visit.
