I booked a room and indicated that I was going to show up late in the evening between 11pm and 12pm on 3/28/24 I showed up at 11:15pm that day and was told the there were no rooms available after I travelled 250 miles by car as the driver alone. That was a horrible position to be in since I needed a place to sleep so I could be well rested to hit the road 6am the next day without being a danger to myself and other on the road. I voiced my displeasure to the staff and they put me in a room that was under construction and smelled heavily of tub backing adhesive. My son goes to Liberty University and I stayed at this hotel at least 6-7 times now. Every other time I would rate my stay a perfect 10 but this time I was very upset!
