The hotel lobby, staff and environment were great! Modern and clean. Staff was very friendly.

My blanket had a hole in it, a few stains in the bathroom and on the ottoman. Bathroom sink did not drain properly. The ice machine on the 4th floor was noisy even when it wasnt making ice and the ice had black flakes in it (mold?) wont stay again

I do not recommend staying there, or ask for a higher floor. We checked in after 9 pm and got a room on the first floor. There was a wedding party next door and they were very loud and did not disperse until late. The wedding ended at 11 pm but then there was dismantling which was also very loud. It was impossible to even lie in bed because of the constant noise and banging. The receptionist was very rude and did not want to help with the problem or check on the dismantling. She only went to check after I threatened to call the police. She said that according to state law, it was okay to make noise until 11 pm, which was not true and that police already came there. The noise reduced slightly after she checked, but it was still too much until around 2 am. It was impossible to sleep and we were completely exhausted before a long journey the next day.
The receptionist refused to change our room or refund our money. Booking did not help either. Moreover, the same woman charged us more for our dog and when I asked why, she said it was not her problem and we should sort it out with Booking, the hotel or anyone else.
