I did not try the breakfast because I had to leave pretty early.

I was charged twice for my room (which I believe was a booking.com error). However, upon arrival it was addressed and by the time I left the next morning, the double charge was taken care of.
The “cover blankets” don’t get washed every stay. You could tell but the other linens were fresh and white. Otherwise there was nothing wrong with my stay.

Very clean and modern appearance! Some stains on the couch but it is a hotel so what do you expect? Breakfast wasn’t the best but will do in a pinch. Having our pups with us was a bonus!

Since it is a pet friendly hotel, would be nice to have a bigger yard area but we made it work.

It looked very modern. They had a small cute bar downstairs with happy hour and the area that served breakfast looked very nice. It clearly was newly renovated and the room also looked nice.
Negatives:
It was dirty. The ice machine on the second floor had black specks of something coming out with the ice. A dirty used condom was right next to the ice machine. The sofa had hair on it, the shower had hair and the sink had a spider just chilling like I was trying to. The sheets had stains and I only needed the room for the night and was leaving early but I would never stay at another La Quinta again. I had to spray the entire bed and sofa and linens with my own personal Lysol.

Recommendation for a restaurant was actually a soda diner. Families with children should be on a separate floor to couples. Screaming children during the night plus traffic noise made for the worst night sleep possible.
