Positives:
This is overall a great hotel. It would have been 10's all around for every category but one part affected our experience. It is a beautiful hotel and the location is perfect. The connection to the Tysons Corner Mall makes it such a fun place to stay!
Negatives:
TV turned out automatically at 4 am while asleep. We thought it was an alarm so my husband turned it off.It kept happening we would turn it off. The next day, it happened again at 12:30 AM over and over.We complained and nothing was done. We had bad sleep

Bedsheets ripped. Ac didnt work well. Lights did not all work especially closet light. Room was pretty dirty. I was surprised for a Hyatt. In fact I watched this hotel be built and its fairly new. I was surprised at the condition. Ive stayed at almost every hotel in Tysons but never the Hyatt before. To have ripped stained bedsheets was a shock and ripped all over. It was cold outside and we set our thermostat to 65. We sweat all night.

I loved the location and connection to the mall, all of the staff we encountered we're friendly and helpful. The room was clean for the most part, but there was an awful smell in room 1101, it smelled like the carpet was wet and now the room has a mold smell. ..

THE POOL IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED!!! AND THE STRANGE SMELL IN ROOM 1101
