We had 2 rooms neither of which had any hot water in the morning to shower...our daughters room had no heat in addition to no hot water...when we informed the lady at the front desk during checkout her only response was "well it's working now"

The rooms on the outside were disappointing. The bathroom was very tiny, and everything just felt unkept and dated. clean, though.
The front desk staff were very helpful and sweet: i had to move rooms a few times because they were having an issue with the boiler, and there was no hot water.
