Negatives: Very noisy people on the floor...screaming children running up and down halls after midnight

Negatives: The room was hot, the AC didn't cool down the room. You could hear everything that goes on in the hallway.

Negatives: I liked everything but room service could of did a little better during the last two days or my stay I had to keep calling front desk room service came and didn’t restock the towels nor toilet paper but other than that it was okay

Negatives: I personally hate the layout of this hotel, with the hallway from the elevator only accessible from one direction (unless you cut through the stairwell). I hated that I couldn't take the stairs since they only open to outside with no access to the lobby. I requested no room service, but someone accessed my room anyway. Oddly, they only took the bathmat, but did not replace it, so I went without one for the rest of my stay. However, they also did not refill the empty shampoo container--luckily I had brought my own. Dinner service at the restaurant was poor.

Negatives: No balconies like it was advertised

Negatives: No microwave in my room

Negatives: The construction going on… but that’s out of everyone’s control!

Negatives: A new employee black female with braids ( "who's been here for a year") made my stay unpleasant. She tried to over charge me for the room incidental. And proceeds to tell me thats shes been doing this for a year... so she has been over charging people for a year im assuming. Then i used the shuttle to go to walmart. This driver also rude Wouldnt give us a card to call when we were ready told us call the hotel. I walked into walmart at 6:30 the money center was closed and the shuttle had left. So i called the hotel, and they told me he was on another route that i had to wait. So i said no problem can he pick me up from qdoba me and my wife are gonna get food its raining and its in the same plaza as walmart literally across the parking lot and she said no. You have to walk back to walmart in order for him to come from you. We watched the shuttle pull up to Walmart and not come to qdoba. He sat in the warm shuttle and waited outside for about 5 mins. We called a Lyft Which i dont understand because we every-time ive come here the shuttle driver and hostess are the nicest people but this trip this wasnt the case. Maybe the shuttle driver was hard of hearing because he was an older guy but the hostess was terrible Also the ice machine area on the 3rd floor seems a little sketchy there is a door on the ice machine area so i pushed it open and a chair is there like someone sits there waiting on people to come in. Then its right by the exit stairs.

Negatives: The hotel was under renovation. This caused a little inconvenience as there was no full-service on-site restaurant nor was there a swimming pool. The ice machine was very hard to find, it was located all the way at the end of an extremely long hall, nowhere near the room we were in.
