Staff gave room number, strangers permission to knock at my door late at night. It caused me mental breakdowns and couldn't sleep and I left early in the night morning. I confronted clerk. They said it wouldn't happen again. They said stranger knew me. It was okay they said

Bad bad bad. Got to room reeking to smoke, notified reception. When I got into bed it was wet and most certainly was smelling like urine. They moved me to another room, however totally unacceptable that housekeeping will not check on bed, let alone use same bedding. Never again.

Our bathroom flooded over night woke up to water everywhere had to move rooms after being at a wrestling tournament all day it was absolutely ridiculous. The first bedroom we stayed in had someone’s dirty underwear just laying on the microwave, every single sheet had what look like blood or Takis stains all over them the ice machine didn’t work at all.

The location was great. It was quiet. The room was clean. Access to food was easy. Beds were comfy.

THE POOL WAS CLOSED!!!! THEY COULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING AT CHECK IN. that was my whole point in going there. Also room smelled like smoke upon check in. Sprayed a lil febreze and it was ok. But it was a pointless stay because I just wanted to swim.
