I had signed up for 2 queen beds and when I arrived got a room with a King size bed. The pullout couch was very difficult to set up (initially I thought it was broken). I dont know if that was a Booking.com error or hotel error. Also, there was no hair dryer in the room and no regular coffee when we went down for breakfast. A little disappointing for the money that we spent.

Breakfast was fine but we had an issue with water not draining in the tub. We were told someone would fix it but it the issue was not fixed until right before checkout time. We were promised a refund that we never received, also the pool was closed.

The lobby area was clean and inviting and smelled fresh. The gentleman working the desk at night was very pleasant and helpful; answering our questions. The women running the breakfast service were also very friendly and cheerful (especially Dode).
Negatives:
The breakfast food was cold, sausage rubbery. We went to restaurants instead. The room itself smelled so musty, that it really turned us off. The finish on the bathtub was gone, showing rust spots. Bathroom smelled musty.

Plenty of space for our fam of 5. Beds were ok for one night. Two separate beds AND baths were great! It was nice to have a full kitchen. Front desk employees were fantastic! Super helpful & personable.
Negatives:
Sadly, the common area furniture (chair & sofa) in the room was in need of a very deep cleaning. There was no bedding for the sleeper sofa, even if there had been we wouldnt have slept on it as there was leftover cereal from past guests in it.
