Negatives: I found drugs under the mattress never again the worst stay I ever had

Negatives: Ac didn't work, food on the comforter, food all over the floor, cigarette burns on the comforter and toilet lid. Pubes in the sink, tub, on the floor. Everything was dusty. Sink didn't drain. Beds had a metal base that was very loud every time you moved.

Negatives: The hotel is quite set back from the road, behind a gas station, and it was difficult to find its driveway slot at night. The breakfast was quite scant, with no fruit or eggs. The coffee was pretty okay, and they did have muffins and yogurt.

Negatives: Beds were uncomfortable and rock hard Linens had multiple cigarette burns and its a no smoking location. Not cleaned at all. Floors were filthy, bugs, bathroom had a woman's used product on the floor,dried soap bar fused to the shower, dried soap in the drain oh and the amount of hair in the drain!!! The lobby had a odor that made it impossible to eat the simple continental breakfast which was yogurt, blueberry muffins and oatmeal. No fruit, only oj and coffee choices to drink. I will not return!!

Negatives: Room wasn't clean and smelled like smoke for a non smoking room. Stink bug was crawling.

Negatives: I don't know, he still couldn't land in time to stay at the hotel and he made me a legally illegitimate charge. my points of repudiation to this hotel and the Booking.com app for being scoundrels in using this dishonest and dishonorable policy. I'm just sorry, I'm switching from an online booking platform and crossing one less hotel off my list of accommodations.

Negatives: The wifi was pathetic and unusable could not access the internet. The breakfast was a total bust. They had instant oatmeal (no milk), muffin, yogurt, juice and coffee and that was ALL. The poor WiFi was reason enough to not come back.

Negatives: The floor could of been cleaner. The shower rod was broken and curtain kept sliding open. Had to clean up water. Ac unit control panel was broken. Wouldn't shut off nor could I change temp. I had to unplugged it. I was freezing!. Luckily perfect temps outside, and made it very quiet adding to good sleep!

Negatives: Bed covers dirty. Floor dirty. No warm shower. Noise form neighboring room kept us awake most of the night. The place wasn't kept up.

Negatives: The area it's in is unsafe. We did not stay, and we couldn't get the staff to let them know we were leaving. We left a note in the room that we did not feel safe and dropped the key card off in the key drop. We want our money back !
