The room was a mess. The blanket was stained and the shower curtain was dirty. The room was also smelly. I had to ask for air freshener.

The hotel is really old. The heated pool was ice cold and that was the only reason I stayed there. The next morning when I checked out I stood at the front desk for half an hour before someone showed up to check me out.

The rooms were out dated and the heated pool was like swimming outdoors in the middle of winter in Alaska.

Friendly Staff. Very helpful. Location was adequate. Close to I-81.

Breakfast was not great. Several Homeless people observed during our stay. One of the night shift employees did ask them to leave. The next day several Homeless people were sitting in the hallway and using the lobby bathroom. I work with homeless people, I know how to identify.

It was a decent place...
Positives:
The rooms were clean and the pillows were so comfortable! Pool area was clean and there was a wonderful hot tub. Breakfast was free. Pancakes, biscuits and gravy and cereal, as well as juices. Can't beat the price!

No towels in the pool area so we went back to our rooms and got them from there. However, not a huge deal

The room itself was nice and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay.

I paid a little more for the Best Western/Quality Inn hoping to have it be a little on the nicer side then the economy hotel we stayed in the last time we visited Radford. We used a side entrance and walking in, the entire first floor smelled like marijuana. The hallways were dated and dingy and I could hear some of the guests being loud. This was not what I was expecting after seeing the pictures of the lobby area online. Breakfast was disappointing to say the least. I have gotten better breakfasts at economy hotels. There was no fresh fruit or flavored coffee creamers. Overall, I will definitely stay at the other hotel next time.
