1) TV was out of order (Message kept coming like "No signal input".) I claimed to the staff and she said, "OK. I will tell the staff to fix it." But nothing no one took care of that at all.
2) I asked to borrow the kitchen tools and the hotel staff told me that they are under dish washing. So she told me to call me when it is done. But no call came at all. Finally, I went to the front desk to pick them up after many hours.

It was located close to the Metro and had several options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The bed did not seem cleaned. There was a pocket knife under the covers, there were multiple hairs, lint and other items indicating that it had not been cleaned. People were smoking weed outside that reeked into the room when using the AC.
