Limited parking. Dark parking lot. Had to walk around the building to enter for late check-in. No breakfast - didn't notice that when booking...Wouldn't have chosen this hotel. Biggest issue: broken toilet seat.

The facility is nice my husband and I opted for the suite to have more space available.

The elevator was out and because we opted for a suite on the 4th floor made bringing in and taking out luggage and belongings a nightmare. The kitchenette was nice but again lugging groceries up 4 flights of stairs was not ideal. The staff didnt have an ETA on a fix either. The room also had crumbs on the sofa and floor after we checked in. Im sure its challenging for the staff to also bring up cleaning equipment to properly clean the rooms on the 4th floor with no elevator.

Website shows shuttle service but when I checked in, I was told it was from 9 to 5 and must be reserved 24 hours in advance. The Uber cost me $40+ to go 2 miles to the airport the next morning early because THERE WAS NO SHUTTLE SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
